Our alcohol preferences allow you to customize your account based on your beliefs about sending alcohol related gifts.
Set to “Opt out of alcohol gifts” to skip all gifts related to alcohol. Typically only 1-2 gifts per year in a gift area will be alcohol related. In some gift areas, no alcohol related gifts are curated. No alternative gift is curated in the months when alcohol is chosen. To stop your account from sending any gifts with alcohol, choose this setting.
When a gift contains alcohol it will not copy to your account. When you are set to opt out you are not charged in months when gifts are alcohol related and do not send.
Set to “Notify me upcoming gift is alcohol” to get a heads up there will be an alcohol related gift. All of your contacts will still assign to the gift - if you’d like to remove someone from receiving the gift in that month, you can do so by “Editing Recipients” on a gift once it’s ready in your account.
Set to “no preference” if you do not have preferences about alcohol related gifts. This is the default setting. All gifts will assign and send in your account regardless of the type of gift.
To access your alcohol preferences:
- Click on your name in the upper left hand corner of your account (in the black bar)
- Click on "Edit Profile" in the dropdown
- Scroll to the bottom of your profile settings and select the option that best fits your preferences
- Click "Submit" at the bottom of the form.
