A gift area/zone is the area inside of which we are curating a unique gift of the month. Gift areas vary in size due to various factors, including: Geography, population, number of local businesses, and where people live, work and play. You can select a gift area for each of your contacts so that they get the gift that’s most relevant to them.

To Update the Gift Area/Zone for Your Contacts:

• Inside your LoLo account, click on the “My Contacts” tab on the left hand menu.
• To the far right of each contact, you’ll see an “Edit” button.
• When you click the Edit button, each contact info field will open up and you can make edits to each - name, email and phone are open fields. Gift area will allow you to select from a dropdown.
• Choose the new gift area you’d like to select for each recipient.

Don’t see an edit button to the far right? You may have a CRM integration in place that allows edits inside of the CRM only. To edit your contact(s) info, log into your CRM and update the contact there with the new gift area tag. The new info will feed to LoLo.

NOTE: If you see (Building Enrollment) next to a gift area's name it means that the area is not currently sending a Local Gift of the Month. This is an area that we are building enrollment in - we've had requests to open it up but have not had the minimum number of recipients enrolled quite yet to begin sending a monthly gift.
