To edit the email address on your account:

  • Log into your LoLo account. 
  • Click on your name in the upper left hand corner (inside the black bar at the top of the screen).
  • Choose “Edit Profile.” 

You can edit your name, email address, phone number, website and password, along with photo and alcohol preferences from this section of your account.


Click “Submit” at the bottom of the form when you have completed your edits.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Your email address is the login to your account. Remember to use the updated email address the next time you log in.


Can't edit your email address? If the email address on your account is grayed out this means you have a CRM system sync in place that is supplying the matching email address inside the CRM. To edit your email address, edit it inside your CRM.


Are you getting an error message? If the platform tells you that the address is already taken this means there's already an existing LoLo account using that email address. Try logging into that account, or contact customer service for additional help.
