We’re sorry to see you go! To cancel your subscription:

• Click on your name in the upper left hand corner of your account (inside the black bar)
• Choose the “Subscription” option from the dropdown
• Click the cancel button located under your subscription information.

OR

• Click the "Billing" tab on the left hand menu
• Click the cancel button located under your subscription information.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are on an annual subscription, clicking the cancel button will cancel your subscription at the time of your next renewal - it will show you the date of renewal/cancellation inside your account. Until that date, your subscription will remain active and continue to charge at least the minimum each month. If you are set to an annual subscription and need assistance canceling, please reach out to customer support.
