To update your card on file:


  • Log into your LoLo account. 
  • Click on the your name in the upper left hand corner of the account, in the black bar. 
  • In the subscription box at the top, click "Update Credit Card on File" underneath your subscription details



  • A Stripe pop-up box will appear, enter the new card details into the form and click save.



Please note: If you had a failed payment and your monthly gift campaigns have not been delivered, please contact LoLo support at support@joinlolo.com and request that your payment be retried so your gifts can be delivered.
