How do I update contact information for my recipients? Print

To update your contact information for your gift recipients:

Inside your LoLo account, click on the “My Contacts” tab on the left hand menu.
To the far right of each contact, you’ll see an “Edit” button.

When you click the Edit button, each contact info field will open up and you can make edits to each - name, email and phone are open fields, zone will allow you to select from a dropdown.

Don’t see an edit button to the far right? You may have a CRM integration in place that allows edits inside of the CRM only. To edit your contact(s) info, log into your CRM and update the contact there. The new info will feed to LoLo.
