To remove contacts from your account:

• Inside your LoLo account, click on “My Contacts.” 
• To the left of each name you’ll see a checkbox. 
• Click the box next to the contact (or contacts) you’d like to delete. 
• Above the first contact on the list, you’ll see a “Delete Selected” button - click to delete the selected contacts.

Don’t see a “Delete Selected” button? You may have a CRM integration in place that allows edits inside of the CRM only. To delete your contact(s), log into your CRM and remove the LoLo tag from the contact. The new info will feed to LoLo.
