To see activity for each contact:

• Inside your LoLo account, click on the “My Contacts” tab and choose the tabbed option for “Active Contacts.” You’ll see stats for each contact on how many gifts have been sent, delivered, redeemed and the number of interactions for each recipient. 
• You can click the column headers to sort - or click the “Details” button to the far right of a contact for a closer look at their stats.
• You’ll see their info, gift details, and more.

Looking to improve your engagement score? You’ll want to remove contacts who aren’t opening your gift emails or texts - you can always use LoLo as a reason to reach out first before removing them - get a conversation started.
