You’ll be notified via email when a gift is redeemed by one of your recipients. You can also see who has redeemed in a couple different places throughout your account.


To see how many redemptions each contact has had: 

  • Click on “My Contacts” and then the “Active” tab.
  • You’ll see a column for redemptions - click on the word “Redeem” to sort and see which contacts have redeemed any gifts.
  • Click “Details” to the right to see which gifts they’ve redeemed.


To see who has redeemed a specific gift:

  • Click on the “My Gift Campaigns” tab.
  • Click on the gift you’d like to review.
  • Click on the “Recipients” tab at the top.
  • Click on the “Redeemed” column (to the far right) to see which contacts have redeemed the gift. If you see a date/time stamp in the column, you’ll know that they have redeemed.


Want to download an activity report to further analyze your interactions? Click on "My Contacts" and then the "Engagement Report" tab. You'll see last interaction date, responses, total interactions and total redemptions by contact. You can download this report by clicking "Download CSV" in the top right corner.
