You will be billed for the number of contacts that are assigned to the gifts at the time of sending. At the end of each month our accounts reconcile - if you had a few contacts that didn’t deliver, a credit will be automatically placed on your account to be used next time and will be subtracted from the next month’s bill.

To calculate your billing rate, visit your subscription page to see your minimum requirements and pricing details.

• Click on your name in the upper left hand corner of the account (inside the black bar)
• Choose “Subscription” from the dropdown list.
• You’ll see your subscription details listed in the box at the top of the page.
