If you've received a failed payment notice, please log in and update your card on file.
To update the card on file:
- Click on the “Billing” tab on the left hand side of the account.
- Click the black button that says “Change Card on File” and shows your last 4 digits.
- A Stripe pop-up box will appear, enter the new card details into the form and click save.
Please contact support (support@joinlolo.com) after you've updated the card on file to make sure that your payment is retried and your gifts are delivered (not all failed charges are automatically tried again).
